Why this record is wanted

The inspected sources do not yet establish the instrument or exact effective date that moved the documented rate from $31.16 in February 2019 to the $31.47 stated by the Seniors Advocate in June 2019.

They also do not establish whether there were additional rate changes between the June 2019 evidence and the $34.73 rate effective 1 April 2022, or the dates and authorizing records for any such changes.

This gap should not be read as evidence that no changes occurred. The archive leaves the interval open until the underlying records are recovered.
