The exact title “Creekview 202 Project Evaluation Report” and the author line “Patricia Ryan / Ryan & Wiggins” still come only from jordanforge-infrastructure issue 10. This archive has not inspected the evaluation itself or a library catalogue record for that title or those authors.

Haw’s three findings and Mattinson/Rompf’s topic list are their summaries, not an inspection of the 1987 report.

Authorship contradiction (do not reconcile)

  • Early project notes: Patricia Ryan / Ryan & Wiggins.
  • Mattinson & Rompf 1987 abstract: “B.C. provincial government and CPA.”
  • Haw 1989: “an independent evaluation,” no author named.

Those may describe one report with multiple credits, two related documents, or different works. This archive does not pick a winner.

This reconstruction did not hunt new archives. Leads already on this record, plus items the Creekview chapter now makes more specific:

  • Full text of Mattinson and Rompf 1987, Dimensions in Health Service 64(8) — UBC / SFU / Legislative Library / CINAHL holdings.
  • Library or archival catalogue records for the evaluation title and for Patricia Ryan / Ryan & Wiggins (still unfound on the public web).
  • Ministry of Health estimates files around Nielsen’s 10 April 1986 sitting (he refers to Paraplegic Association correspondence and a photograph received “yesterday”).
  • CPA / BCPA / SCI BC project files; Haw 1989 also names a then-developing “Nobel House Cooperative” as taking the Creekview 202 concept further (do not silently equate with SCI BC history’s Stanley Noble Stronge project).

Do not host a recovered scan unless redistribution is clearly permitted.
